Our belief is the key to reaching your true potential is to RACE YOUR DIRT BIKE.
Our training schedule is specifically dedicated to the middle of the week to allow time to race as many weekends as possible.
Racing on the weekends, combined with 3 days a week of intentional fundamental training is our method to help you reach your motocross goals.

Being the youngest of the Brough brothers, Gavin has had the guidance of his older brothers but has created his own success. His accomplishments include:

Born and raised in Afton, Wyoming Preston Kilroy has had a love for two wheels since the age of four. His passion for the sport has taken him all over the country and brought him many accomplishments.
As Preston continues his racing career he is excited to pursue this new chapter and share his knowledge!

Summer training camp consists of 5 weeks of 3 day per week training. Each day will have a different format of training which will include technique, drills, line selection, endurance, and more. All ages and skill levels welcome! Training groups will be based on rider skill and bike size - dependent on rider turnout.
Week 1: June 16-17-18
Week 2: June 24-25-26
Week 3: July 1-2-3
Week 4: July 8-9-10
Week 5: July 15-16-17
$1,250 - full camp
$350 - per week
Minors will need a parent or guardian present during training. Cache Valley MX Park does NOT have power or potable water available on site. You are welcome to run a generator. The RV Dump Station in Preston (west off of Hwy 91 on Oneida Street) has potable water available to fill your rig or barrel with.
We will reach out a few days prior to the week registered with a detailed schedule and more information. Be on the lookout for an email coming from info@grassrootsmetod.com.
If you purchased the entire camp, the remaining balance will be due the first day of training. We accept cash or cards. Please note a 3% convenience fee will be charged if a card is used.
Due to limited space, refunds are not available, but may be credited towards a future Grassroots Method training session.
